Can I visit the Niagara Falls casinos from Toronto?
getting-started · Last reviewed June 28, 2026
Yes — the Niagara casinos are a popular day trip from Toronto, about 90 minutes away via the QEW.
The two casinos
Fallsview Casino Resort (6380 Fallsview Blvd) is the largest gaming resort in Canada: roughly 200,000 square feet of gaming, more than 3,300 slots, 130 tables, a 372-room hotel and the Avalon Theatre. Casino Niagara is about a 20-minute walk away — a more casual floor. Both are OLG venues.
Closer to home, or online
If Niagara is too far for a casual session, the Toronto-area casinos (Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto, Pickering) are closer. And for regulated play from home, Ontario residents can use AGCO/iGaming Ontario-registered online casinos — the rated options are below.
