Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto is the largest casino in the Toronto area and the closest full-scale casino to the downtown core. It is located in Etobicoke at the junction of Highways 401 and 427, directly beside the historic Woodbine Racetrack.
What is on site
The property is the rebuilt former Woodbine Casino, reopened in June 2023 following a redevelopment reported at roughly $1 billion. Its gaming floor covers about 328,000 square feet and holds more than 4,800 slot machines, 175 live table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat and craps among them), a 30-table poker room and sports-betting kiosks.
Who runs it
